The garden is simply made for families, with so much space for children to run around and with complete privacy and security in this large plot. The gated pool (9 x 4 metres) with heating available, makes this villa very secure for younger members of the family, ensuring that parents have control over access to the swimming pool at all times.

The terrace is very large and has seating and a table and chairs for up to 18 persons. There are 10 sunbeds around the fully gated pool with umbrellas for your relaxing and sunbathing. Table tennis, badminton, football, bat and ball are all provided for you in the gardens.

Inside there are 6 fully furnished bedrooms and 6 modern bathrooms. 1 family bedroom has a king-size bed and x 2 single beds. There are 2 lounges downstairs both with flat-screen TVs with 1 having DVD player and a DVD library for your use. The second lounge has a pool table with double doors entering on to the terrace. There is a 3rd small lounge area upstairs with sofas.

The fully fitted and equipped kitchen has everything you would need for large party catering, with dishwasher, washing machine, full cooker and hob, microwave and all other items needed for cooking and eating during your holiday, such as utensils, plates crockery glasses.

Upstairs a further 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all brand new and refurbished can be found with the main bedroom having double doors on to the large balcony. Upstairs you will also find a lovely quiet lounge area for reading and time alone.

There is lots of space inside and outside the villa, ample areas for eating and socialising or simply reading your favourite book with a coffee in the morning or something fizzy a little later on.

The villa is exceptionally well equipped for any clients requiring wheelchair access, with the downstairs of the villa being flat with no steps, having 3 bedrooms with en -suite, lounge, dining room, full separate bathroom and a second lounge all with easy, direct access to the terrace and outside, making it also perfect for the younger and older members of your party!

The villa is a very easy drive of under 10 minutes to the marina, waterpark, beaches and supermarket of Vilamoura. Set in a stunning countryside location, but only minutes to the busy areas of Vilamoura, the villa certainly offers fantastic accommodation for large groups and families.
