The villa has been created over two levels and enjoys an elevated position around the fantastic huge pool (16 x 6 metres) and garden area, giving spectacular views to the beach, which is directly accessed from the gardens.

The main living area in Casa Fantasia enjoys a stunning sea view and leads directly to the expansive terrace which travels the width of the property. A Bose sound system, Satellite TV, a baby grand piano, a gym, pool table, bar and Jacuzzi are just some of the added features in this spectacular villa, spread over the ground floor and lower levels.

The guesthouse meanwhile, is just as plush, from the bespoke designed bar into the lavish but contemporary lounge area with plasma TV and Bose sound system.

The modern kitchen incorporates all modern technology appliances including an American fridge and fridge/freezer, four wine cooling fridges, microwave, dishwasher, gas oven, steam oven, electric oven, large stove with gas burners, kettle, toaster, juice maker and even a Nespresso coffee machine.

All bedrooms feature fantastic views and TVs and have been finished in unique styles. The African Suite and The Gold Suite are just two of the unique and spectacular rooms available at Casa Fantasia.

There are several outdoor areas to choose from, from the sunbathing spots around the pool the beds on the lawn, the sofas on the terrace, the dining tables on the first-floor terrace and the coffee and bar tables on both. This villa truly makes the most of its location and views, making a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living.
