The villa is south-facing and benefits from the glorious sunshine throughout the day. The beautifully landscaped gardens, swimming pool and sun terrace area are very spacious, and offer plenty of lounging areas to relax in the luxurious surroundings. The exterior areas of the Villa include an outside lounge and dining area with gas BBQ.

Casa Felicity is built over two levels and has a roof terrace. On the ground floor, the entrance hall leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and living area, with direct access to the pool and terrace. This area has air conditioning and the living room has a widescreen TV with cable channels with a range of international and UK channels. There is also Wi-Fi throughout the villa. Also located on the ground floor of the property is the guest cloakroom.

The 3 bedrooms of Casa Felicity have ensuite bathrooms and all have air conditioning. One bedroom with single beds is located on the ground floor with TV and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a TV as well as an ensuite bathroom. There is another bedroom with single beds on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. Located on the 1st floor is a covered balcony with lounging area that overlooks the swimming pool (approx. 6 x 4 metres) and enjoys magnificent views of the lake and golf course. The rooftop terrace is perfect for early mornings, watching the sunrise across the gorgeous views.

Casa Felicity enjoys an idyllic location near the Quinta Do Lago and the beach is just a walk across from the lake, along with the famous and picturesque wooden bridge. Located by the lake, you will also find The Shack Bar as well as Bovino and Casa do Lago restaurants.
