Villa Adrienne is a truly outstanding 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa that has been completely refurbished throughout to a lovely standard.

In the Quinta Verde development, you only 10 minutes walk to Quinta shopping, a wonderful area of Quinta do Lago where you will find lots of lovely places to eat and drink, with some fabulous shops to visit.

The villa has a gated entrance, leading to the spacious forecourt with off road parking for multiple cars. Built across 3 levels- on the ground floor you will find the kitchen, dining area and bedrooms one & two. The upper
level has bedrooms three and four. The lower level has bedroom five, the utility room and the TV room. For child
safety, there are stairgates at the top and bottom of the central flight of stairs.

On the ground floor – Bedroom one is a double with fitted wardrobes and en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a double room (2 x twin beds together) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This bedroom can be prepared as a double or as a twin bed upon prior request.

Also on the ground floor is the modern and well equipped kitchen has a sociable island making this room a great place to enjoy breakfast with the family before your morning dip in the pool. Appliances include two electric ovens with grills; a microwave; American fridge freezer; wine cooler; toaster; blender; dishwasher; coffee maker; kettle and a juicer.

The dining area has a table with seating for eight people and double patio doors opening directly onto the poolside
terrace and shaded BBQ terrace.

The lounge has lots of comfortable sofas, flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English
language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. From the lounge you can access the outdoor terraces
through the patio doors. The villa has a Sonos sound system and air conditioning throughout. You will also find a
separate cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level there is a TV room with a large flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and spilt unit air conditioning.
There is also a utility room where you will find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also an the lower level you’ll find bedroom five- this is a twin room complete with fitted wardrobes and natural light from the patio doors that lead to the area where steps head up to the entrance forecourt. Adjacent to bedroom five is the large shower room.

On the first floor you will find bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room (2 x twin beds together) with a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, a dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a balcony with two sunbeds and which overlooks the pool and gardens. This bedroom can be prepared as a double or as a twin bed upon prior request. Bedroom four is the master bedroom suite with a king size bed, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Sliding doors open to the dressing area with plenty of clothes storage space, fitted wardrobes and a digital safe. There is a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Double patio doors open to the beautiful terrace furnished with two sun loungers, a table and two chairs.

Outside there is a large swimming pool which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The pool has an electric cover to help retain the heat at night. The poolside terrace is equipped with a table tennis table, ten sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, and comfortable sofas to enjoy your evening glass of fizz! Next to the pool is the covered outside dining area which has a large table seating ten people, overhead built-in speakers, a built-in gas BBQ and a food preparation area with a sink. The villa is very private, with laid to lawn garden surrounded by hedges, trees and flowers.
