Villa Aldea is a stunning, newly refurbished villa in the Old Village area of Vilamoura, only a short walk to the beautiful marina.

This property was refurbished in 2024 and so is brand new to the rental market.

As you enter the villa through the electric gates, you are greeted by the sense of style and a touch of glamour, with high end furnishings throughout and a very contemporary feel.

On the ground floor there is one king size bedroom with ensuite and a separate guest cloakroom. In the main living area, you have a very comfortable living space, with large sofas and seating for up to 8 people, with Meo TV system and fire for the cooler winter months. At the end of the living room, you have a large dining table to seat 8 people, with access to the fully fitted kitchen, with a sociable large island and patio doors, opening up to the garden and gas Weber BBQ, making alfresco dining very easy for those cooking.

Outside you have a large dining table to seat 8, along with very comfortable sofas to relax at the end of the day and enjoy a drink after a strenuous day by the pool.

The swimming pool is 9 x 5 metres and can be heated for a supplement. There is a pool cover for safety and this will also help to keep the pool to optimum temperature. There are 8 sunloungers to spend your days on, basking in the Algarvian sunshine and listening to the birds sing or your favourite music, whilst you read your latest holiday novel. There is also a large patch of lawn at the end of the garden for the kids to kick a ball around or hire some garden games through our extensive concierge offerings.

On the lower level, you will find a fabulous area for kids to enjoy, with large TV, sofas and a games table. You can also hire a Playstation, further games tables, or gym equipment to enjoy in this area, or indeed on the patio if you prefer. There is a full bathroom and utility room with washing machine on this level.

As you walk up to the first floor you will find sliding doors, which open up to a lovely balcony, with south facing views to enjoy the sunset or a peaceful spot to escape with your book. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, two twins and one master king size bedroom, all ensuite, with the master bedroom having a balcony overlooking the pool with seating. The front twin bedroom can have the beds zipped together to make a super king size bed.

There is air conditioning throughout included in the price and underfloor heating which will be charged at a supplement.
