Villa Anastasia is conveniently located in the countryside of Algarve, offering beautiful panoramic views of the coastline, and within a short drive to many attractions, such as the local market of Loulé , the beautiful beaches near Vilamoura and Faro airport.

This villa is set in a neighbour-less property with 12000 sqm, 930 sqm of which are built and 780sqm available for guests, ensuring privacy and seclusion. The architecture and design elegantly merge tradition and luxury, with space to comfortably accommodate 18 guests.

It features 9 ensuite bedrooms, all with big windows overlooking the surrounding landscape, and each has its own outdoor terrace. Two of them are 1-bedroom apartments which include a suite, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area, an equipped kitchenette and a jacuzzi in the outdoor patio.

The living area is ample and is split between three main areas: the TV area with a big L-shaped sofa, a sitting area with a small sofa, armchairs and a fireplace, and a dining area. The professional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a central island. There’s also a laundry room.

Outside there’s a wide terrace offering mesmerizing ocean views that includes a lounge and a dining area. You will also find a well-tended garden, a parking area, a big infinity swimming pool with Bali beds, sun loungers and sunshades.

There’s air-conditioning and Wi-Fi all through the house.

– All suites offer sea and garden views and are equipped with Italian shower, wardrobe, desk, TV, outdoor terrace with furniture, amenities and hairdryer.
– Both apartments are also equipped with a dining table with 4 seats,
dishwasher, mini-fridge, induction hob, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and a mini pool in the outdoor terrace. There is an extra cost of 300€ for heating the pools.

Reservation policies:

• CHECK-IN: From 5:00 PM
. CHECK-OUT: Before 10:00 AM
• MINIMUM STAY: 3 nights from November to March, 4 nights in April, 7 nights from May to October.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: 3000€ (5000€ for weddings) to be paid one week before arrival; returned up to 5 days after check-out provided no relevant damage is reported.
• PAYMENT POLICY: 50% of the full amount to be paid when booking; Remaining 50% to be paid up to 60 days prior to the check-in date.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: 50% of the full amount to be paid when booking is non refundable. If cancellation is made after 60 days prior to the arrival date the full amount is charged.
