    This fantastic villa has a wonderful layout and bright décor that will add sunshine and character to any large group or villa holiday.

    Enjoying an enviable location just 20 minutes from Faro International Airport and five minutes from the beaches, it also has easy access to a tennis centre, golf courses, nature trails and an abundance of bars and restaurants.

    The pool is large with easy access steps, and backs onto the villa itself to make the most of the lovely views. Large gardens include a number of sunbathing areas while a covered terrace on the first floor includes a gas BBQ and dining table. This terrace, which leads off the main sitting room, also includes a number of sun loungers and comfortable seating areas, two sets of steps lead down to the pool and garden. The pool is fenced and gated, to provide reassurance to families with young children.

    Inside the villa, the entrance hall opens out onto two levels. The higher level has a lovely tiled dining area that leads out to the garden while the lower level includes the lounge, which looks right out onto the terrace through a wall of glass doors. It is full of bright furniture, books and art, to give a real home from home feeling. There is a spacious kitchen opening off dining area, which has all new fixtures and fittings and a separate laundry area.

    There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two twin and a room with bunk beds. All have ensuite bathrooms and glass sliding doors to maximise the views. A separate sitting area on this floor offers somewhere to relax and watch the TV and access the internet.

    The first floor has a master bedroom and another double, both of which have ensuites and are newly decorated. There are two sets of terrace on this level, one of which gives access to another one even further up, offering spectacular views.

    This property is set back enough from the road to feel completely private, and with its large pool and numerous terraces, it feels very large and spacious. A great place for a family holiday.
