    At the rear of the property, you have another very spacious and private garden, with a football pitch area for the kids to spend their days, when they are not having fun in the pool. There is also a lovely outdoor dining set, with gas BBQ, ideal for lazy lunches or warm al fresco dining.

    An open-plan layout means that this villa has a very spacious, light and airy feel throughout. The living room and dining area lead out to the terrace through sliding doors, so the perfect layout for any alfresco dining experiences.

    The kitchen features granite worktops and a full range of high specification appliances and gadgets, with a lovely island and stools, making it a very sociable spot.

You have two terraces to choose from on the first floor, one small one at the front of the property, which is great for shade and cooling off, and a large one between the two bedrooms, which has stunning views and is a lovely, quiet spot for catching some rays.
