Casa Clara is a beautiful, charming property ideally located just outside the luxury resort of Quinta do Lago and is within easy walking distance to the Quinta shopping centre and the Conrad hotel.  It has been lovingly refurbished and the cool, modern finishes matched with the traditional architecture give the property a fresh, eclectic feel. It is situated at the end of a peaceful cul-d-sac and is private and not over-looked from any aspect.

The grounds are large and there is plenty of space for a family with children. There is a basket ball net and a children’s football pitch. The swimming pool is shallow and deep catering for children and adults alike. There is air-conditioning throughout, Wifi and Lazer TV with English channels.

Living Area Features

The lounge, snug area and kitchen are all open plan with a multi aspect to the swimming pool, terrace and garden. There is a wood burning fireplace, comfortable leather sofas and a wall mounted TV.

Multiple sliding doors lead out onto the terrace and pool area.

The round dining room table has seating for 6.

The kitchen is well equipped with large Electrolux double door fridge/freezer, Siemens oven and glass hob, Smeg toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools.

The utility room has a Smeg washing machine and dryer.

Ground Floor bedroom features

Bedroom 1: twin beds, fitted wardrobes and aircon.

Bedroom 2: twin beds, fitted wardrobes, aircon and sliding doors leading out to the terrace and pool
