Entrance and Ground Floor

This beautiful villa immediately fulfils high expectations upon entering thanks to the double height entrance hall, which grants access to all areas of the house.

To the right of the property on the ground floor is a modern kitchen with traditional features. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all the necessities, complete with a breakfast table and separate storage/utility room. Double doors from the kitchen lead into a spacious, beautifully decorated formal dining room.

From the dining room, guests will find the spacious living room furnished to a high standard. It also features a wonderful open fireplace. The rest of the ground floor consists of 2 twin bedrooms and a shower room adjacent to the hall. All of the living areas and one of the ensuite bedrooms open out onto the stunning Algarve private pool area and terrace.

Upper Level

The upper level of the property features the remaining 2 bedrooms. The third bedroom is a spacious twin bed with a small balcony. Moving onto the tastefully decorated master suite, there’s another balcony, walk-in wardrobe and full ensuite bathroom with double basins.

Outside, the swimming pool is southeast facing to make the most of the glorious Algarve climate. Guests can enjoy relaxing on the raised covered patio overlooking the pool. Additionally, there’s a side patio featuring a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining space.
