Welcome to our luxurious villa “Villa Eliana”, ideally situated in the exclusive Quinta das Salinas area, nestled between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and only a short walk to The Lake and Shack restaurant. This stunning property has undergone an extensive 18-month renovation, completed in early 2024, ensuring a modern and comfortable stay for our guests.

The villa includes a master bedroom upstairs, three bedrooms on the ground floor, and an au-pair/teenager room with a private bathroom in the basement.

Heated Saltwater Pool and Jacuzzi

Enjoy a private saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, and a Jacuzzi (energy costs extra). For families with small children, the pool can be fenced off for safety.

Spacious Garden

A vast 6800m² (73,000 ft²) garden offers plenty of space to relax and play.

Modern Amenities

The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, accessible both inside and outside, as well as air conditioning and heating throughout. Two of the bedrooms also feature underfloor heating.

Fully Furnished Kitchen

The dining kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, mixer, and more. A pantry includes a washing machine, dryer, and an extra refrigerator.

Convenient Location

The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, with shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoy dining at the renowned fish restaurant ‘2 Passos’ at Praia do Ancão beach. Famous golf courses, including São Lorenzo Golf and Pinheiros Altos Golf Course, are a 10-minute drive away. A walking gate exit leads to a 5-minute walk to The Shack/Casa do Lago.

The villa includes a private section (right wing) which is not available for rent and remains locked.

Au-Pair/Teenager Room: The basement room, included in the rental price, is simpler than the other bedrooms but provides a comfortable space with its own bathroom (no A/C available for this room, but has a comfortable temperature even in hot summer months. There are windows to air the room.
