    Villa Esme is a spectacular restored rustic 9 bedroom Manor with 2 houses, perfect for large families who are looking for a memorable holiday.  A beautiful villa filled with stunning period pieces and modern furnishings throughout. It is located in the peaceful and secure location of Vale d’Eguas.

    Living Areas Features

    There is a picturesque courtyard full of character in between the 2 houses. It has 9 spacious bedrooms each with their own style and bathroom.  Sleeps 19 people. Each room has its own sense of character with its unique period furniture and decor. It has 6 bedrooms in one house and 3 bedrooms in the other, each equipped with bathrooms, living rooms and kitchens, not forgetting the large courtyard and perfectly sized swimming pool for everyone to enjoy.

    The main house has 3 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, a large open space living area with high ceilings, large statement fire place, beautifully sculptured Juliet balconies overlooking the living room and patio doors surrounding the room that lead out onto the pool and courtyard area. The decor is modern with a twist, as some of the ornaments and pieces of furniture are antiques. The fully equipped kitchen area is located next to the living room and has a dining table that can seat up to 8 people.

    House number two has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. You will enter another realm filled with period piece furnishings including large doors with beautiful embellishments, bathrooms with old fashioned bath tubs and radiators with fascinating writing and pictures. There is also a modern kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room with a TV which looks out onto the garden and courtyard.

    The large sunny swimming pool area is located behind the main house and is surrounded by beautiful orange trees and gardens. Set in a peaceful location you can enjoy the sun from the morning onwards.

    The main kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, large stove, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Kitchen 2 includes a washing machine, cooker, fridge and dining table.

    There are 7 en-suite bathrooms and 1 WC and there is central heating throughout the house and air conditioning located in parts of the property.

    Main House Bedroom features:

    • Bedroom one: is on the ground floor. It is a double room (can be made into twin beds, air-conditioning, mirrored wardrobes, access to the pool area and en-suite with a bath and walk in shower.
    • Bedroom two: is on the first floor. It is a twin bedroom with mirrored wardrobes, panelled ceilings and en-suite with bath and shower.
    • Bedroom three: is on the first floor. It is the Master bedroom with an en suite with a bath walk in shower, toilet and sink.

     

    House Two Bedroom features:

    • Bedroom one: is on the ground floor. It is a bedroom with 3 single beds, sofa, terrace doors leading on the garden, shares a bathroom with bedroom two with a bath and shower.
    • Bedroom two: is on the ground floor. It is a twin bedroom, shares a bathroom with bedroom one with a bath and shower.
    • Bedroom three: is on the first floor. It is a double room with a king size bed which can be changed to twin beds and includes an en-suite bathroom.
    • Bedroom four: is on the first floor. It is a double room with an en-suite bathroom.
    • Bedroom five: is on the first floor. It is a twin bedroom, shares a bathroom with bedroom six with a bath and shower.
    • Bedroom six: is on the first floor. It is a double room which can be made into a twin bedroom, shares a bathroom with bedroom five with a bath and shower.

     

    Outdoor Space

    • The outdoor area, including a large terrace with a dining area, a dining table with chairs to seat 14 people and an area with a sofa where one can relax and have a drink. It is something that needs to be seen to be believed.
    • The swimming pool has sun loungers which are ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine.
    • The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the BBQ.
