    Villa Gabriel is set in beautiful landscaped grounds and is one of the finest villas available for holiday rentals in Quinta do Lago, the Algarve’s premier resort.
    Designed by one of Portugal’s leading classical architects, this Quinta do Lago villa has a built area, including covered terraces, of 5000 sq. ft, on three floors, which is considerably larger than average, on a site of 2000 sq mts.
    With electric entrance gates, full air-conditioning and a large heated swimming pool, it is equipped and furnished to the highest standard. The four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom containing both a bath and shower cubicle, are all of a similar size, which allows the villa to sleep up to 8 people with no one being disadvantaged by their choice of bedroom.
    The huge entrance hall, with a two storey ceiling rising to nearly 22 ft, gives Villa Gabriel that essential “wow” factor as soon as you open the door.
    The large, elegant, lounge has patio doors which lead out to the outside lounge area, the barbecue and the pool terrace. It is beautifully furnished with oak flooring, classical top quality Duresta sofas and armchairs seating 8 and a magnificent stone and marble fireplace. It has a fully ducted air-conditioning and heating system and sophisticated lighting with a profusion of low voltage down lighters, wall and table lamps.
    The library, which has a hand made breakfront bookcase along the whole of one wall, is connected to the lounge by double glazed doors. It is furnished with modern classic furniture including Florence Knoll sofa and armchairs and Eileen Gray side tables. It also serves as a home cinema with a LG 65 inch Smart TV, surround sound, 200 channel cable TV including all the main BBC, Sky, ITV and BT Sport channels plus some HD channels.
    The designer kitchen, made in Germany, includes an island unit with wine rack and a breakfast area with a circular breakfast table and 6 Vincent Sheppard dining chairs. It is fully equipped with a Microwave, Dishwasher, Magimix Food Processor, Juicer, Toaster, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle, Icemaker, Larder Fridge and stainless steel Range Cooker. It also has its own flat screen TV. There are ample supplies of good quality china, glasses and cutlery as well as a comprehensive selection of kitchen tools. A selection of unbreakable glasses are also provided for use outside around the pool area. Patio doors from the kitchen lead conveniently out to the outside dining area and the barbecue. There is a second American style fridge freezer and wine cooler in the store cupboard off the hall. A speaker dock with iphone/ipod/ipad and MP3 wireless connection is also provided.
    The large, formal, dining room located off the main hall, has a large table and chairs that will comfortably seat 10 persons. With its oak floor, built in display cabinet, marble topped serving table, luxurious curtains and hand made Persian carpet this is the room for grand dining. It has its own, specially designed, stone and marble fireplace and a ducted air-conditioning and heating system.
    The villa has four bedrooms, all approximately the same size, so families sharing do not feel disadvantaged, one on the ground floor and three on the first floor each with its own en-suite bathroom. There are two twins, one twin/double (twin beds that that can be made up as a double bed), and a double. Every bedroom, which is fully air-conditioned, has its own flat screen TV with over 200 cable channels including BBC and Sky. Each bedroom has built in double wardrobes, with an ample supply of hangers, and a dressing table with hair dryers provided. All those on the first floor have access to their own balcony. Each is designed to a different, essentially classical, theme with twin beds (200 cms x 95 cms each) except the master bedroom which boasts a four poster double bed (200 cms x 160 cms). Outside the master bedroom is a large terrace with 4 sunloungers and a parasol.
    The en-suite bathrooms have both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. All the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and there is a separate shower room and toilet off the main hall for general use. The en-suite bathroom for the ground floor bedroom has an outside door leading to the pool terrace giving access to toilet and shower facilities from the pool area – avoiding the need to go through the house. This bathroom along with the three other en-suite bathroom for the first floor bedrooms have both a large bath and a walk in shower and are beautifully fitted and decorated with stone tiles, roll top baths and top quality taps and shower fittings.
    Outside the pool is in the back garden and is surrounded by a large, sunny pool terrace which comfortably provides the space for the 8 top quality Bramblecrest rattan sun loungers. It is a full sized (12x6mts) rectangular pool with underwater lights and curved walk in steps at the shallow end. Polo Ralph Lauren pool towels are provided. There is external access to the ground floor bathroom from the pool terrace.

    The large, professionally landscaped, gardens have been designed in formal Tuscan style to compliment the classical design of the villa with extensive use of calcada stone paths, box hedging and clipped bushes.

    The built in gas barbecue in the outside kitchen and the adjacent outside dining terrace, under an electrically operated shaded pergola, are both next to the pool.

    The pool can be heated as a optional extra but, as it has a solar heating cover, this is not usually necessary in the Summer months.

    Villa Gabriel has extensive terrace areas both on the ground and first floor of the property to enable you to enjoy outdoor living to the full.

    OUTSIDE LOUNGE
    Outside the lounge, adjacent to the kitchen door, is a covered terrace furnished as an outside lounge with sofas and chairs which seats 8 persons, a coffee table and floor lamp. The electric awning provides extra shading if required.

    POOL and DINING TERRACE
    The large terrace surrounding the pool has ample space for the 8 Bramblecrest sunloungers,4 side tables and the 3 parasols provided. This terrace also connects to the main dining terrace, incorporating a pergola with an electric awning and a built in gas barbecue and outside kitchen.

    FIRST FLOOR TERRACES
    The first floor terrace, which has a second outside dining area, can be accessed through french doors from two of the first floor bedrooms whilst the third bedroom has its own large balcony with two armchairs overlooking the front entrance. The terrace outside the master bedroom has its own sunloungers and parasol plus a cushion storage box which serves as a bar.

    5 days maid service per week plus an arrival and departure clean, linen change twice weekly, full air conditioning, cable TV with BBC and Sky and high speed 200 mbps wi fi broadband.
