Villa Georgia An Impeccably Designed retreat

Villa Georgia is an immaculately presented, newly built villa, in the exclusive and very private area of Quinta Verde, just a short stroll from Quinta Shopping.

Villa Georgia truly does offer luxury throughout.  With contemporary high-end furnishings and stunning decor, this villa is the perfect villa for those seeking somewhere very special to spend their holiday!

As you pull up to the villa through electric gates, into your private driveway, you will instantly notice the attention to detail and luxury finish to every aspect of the property.

State-of-the-Art Entertainment and Comfort

Upon entering the villa into the spacious hallway, you have the living room directly in front of you, with sumptuous sofas and beautiful wall art to enjoy. You have Laser TV throughout the house, providing all normal terrestrial channels plus Sky Sports, BT Sport etc.  You can also link up to your own Netflix / Amazon Prime system if you prefer. You have a Sonos Sound System in this room, that can be enjoyed throughout the ground floor, patio and cinema room. From the lounge, you have direct access through sliding bi-fold doors to the very unique inside out living space, with dining and comfortable seating, so that you can enjoy your relaxation away from the heat of the sun, but still enjoying the feeling of being outdoors.

Gourmet Dining and Socializing

This inside out area leads out through state of the art bi-fold doors to the very pretty patio area, where you have further dining space to enjoy your late breakfast or morning cup of coffee. You also have the gas BBQ here, making it a great entertaining and sociable space.

Villa Georgia has arguably one of our favourite kitchens ever, with stunning worktops, a sociable island with seating for up to 6 people and a wall-mounted TV. This kitchen has everything you might need, plus all of those luxury items, making it a real treat to cook in. From Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg appliances, state of the art wine fridge and American fridge freezer, this kitchen certainly does have it all!

Tranquil Retreats

On the ground floor, there is a stunning double bedroom, with TV and ensuite shower/bathroom. This room has direct access to the pool area through patio doors, so a lovely room for those wanting to step straight out to the pool for a morning dip.

On the first floor, you will find two further double bedroom suites, both with wall-mounted TV’s and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite really does not disappoint, with a huge bathroom and from both bedrooms you have access to the large balcony, overlooking the pool and garden. With only greenery to the rear of the property, you can enjoy some well-deserved peace and quiet from this spot.

Entertainment and Relaxation

On the lower level, there is a twin bedroom, with ensuite shower room and TV. This space is ideal for younger members of the party, with access to the games table and cinema room, for a little chill-out time. There is also a larder and second fridge freezer on this floor.

The exterior of this villa is every bit as impressive as the interior with luxury sun loungers, including two double bed loungers and a great choice of dining or relaxation spots to enjoy, depending on where the sun is shining! The infinity style swimming pool is very large at 10 x 5 metres, so great for the kids to play in all day. This can be heated at a supplement. The garden is very private, with the only access through the lockable gate.

Modern Comforts

Villa Georgia enjoys air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. With so much to offer, Villa Georgia truly is one of the finest rental villas on The Algarve.
