    A newly refurbished four bedroom villa set in a quiet part of Vilamoura, close to the championship Old Course Golf Club and only a short drive away from the marina and beaches, where you will find restaurants to suit every taste and a wonderful place to walk or sit down with a cool drink. Just two minutes walk away from the villa is Brown’s Leisure Centre with bar and restaurant and there is a supermarket within 10 minutes walk.

    The villa is beautifully decorated throughout in a sophisticated, contemporary fashion and finished to a high standard. It has tiled floors with under floor heating and air conditioning throughout (both run against supplements). Set in half an acre of landscaped grounds giving a mixture of lawns, flower beds and terrace, with privacy and plenty of space for the children to play and there is a swing set in the garden as well as the large pool (that can be heated against a supplement). A traditional built-in barbecue with nearby sink and preparation area is ideal for al fresco dining. Contemporary outdoor seating finishes the outdoor living area.

    On the ground floor is a large, open plan living room with comfortable sofas and dining table for 8 people. A 42” wall mounted television offers satellite channels and there is a DVD player. The modern kitchen has a built-In microwave, dishwasher and washing machine with a breakfast bar for informal dining. Also on this level is a bathroom. The two en-suite bedrooms have twin beds and contemporary bathrooms, one of which has a bath as well as a shower.

    Stairs lead to the first floor where there are two further bedrooms again with contemporary en-suite bathrooms, (one with a bath as well as shower). Both bedrooms have French doors opening onto large balconies with distant views towards the Algarve coastline.
