Villa Hattie is an outstanding villa located in the development of Fonte Santa just a few minutes walking distance to the beach. Completed with gym, Tennis court, golf putting greens and games room.

Electric gates open onto a large private driveway and beautiful landscaped gardens surround the villa.

The ground floor area of Villa Hattie comprises a large hallway which leads to the open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted modern kitchen with direct access to the covered exterior lounging area, built in BBQ area, swimming pool and large garden. Also located on this level are a clockroom, 2 guest bedroom suites with fitted wardrobes and one of the bedrooms has access to the garden and pool.

The first floor houses two Master en suite bedrooms with dressing area and access to the lovely 1st-floor terrace overlooking the gardens.

On the lower level of the villa you will find a gym, a games room with pool table and wall mounted TV. Two further en-suite bedrooms can be found on this level (these bedrooms do not have AC)

From June, there will be a separate chalet behind the swimming pool, which will provide accommodation for 2 extra people and a sauna room. The villa will then sleep 14 people.

The exterior areas include a large swimming pool, a covered Barbecue zone with dining area, beautifully landscaped gardens with fruit trees, a tennis court with basketball nets. The several seating and lawned areas are perfect to enjoy the Algarvian sunshine in a luxurious setting.
