Also located within the ground floor of the property are two twin bedrooms (one with patio doors leading onto the garden area) both with luxurious modern en-suite bathrooms with showers and underfloor heating.

    Stairs lead to the first floor level which is composed of the spacious master bedroom with dressing area, spacious modern en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a wrap around first-floor terrace with beautiful views across the gardens, and a further twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the terrace. From the first floor hallway, patio doors open onto a large furnished terrace ideal to enjoy the early evening sun, and external stairs lead to the spacious roof terrace with wonderful views of the ocean and the Dunas Douradas.

    The lower level comprises of a further guest bedroom with twin beds and ensuite bathroom, a large games room with pool table, table tennis, hockey table and a 50inch TV with Sky Sports.

    The exterior areas include beautifully landscaped gardens, a large swimming pool (8×4 meters/pool heating available at extra cost), spacious terraced areas surrounding the pool with sun loungers and lounging furniture, and an exterior dining area with gas BBQ, sink with preparation area, and a large table with seating for 8 guests. Stepping stones lead from the garden gate (key access) to the lovely communal gardens at Dunas Douradas which are solely available for owners and guests enjoyment.

    The Dunas Douradas resort facilities include the main Reception, a large Roman-style communal pool and kids pool, a restaurant, a pool bar, and a mini-market.  The Pool area is only accessed by the property owner and their guests with a key fob, that can be temporarily obtained from the reception subject to a refundable deposit of €20. Tennis courts can also be booked at a supplement by reception.
