Description:This is a beautiful and spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom villa in a quiet, residential area, that is still quite close to all the major amenities of Vilamoura – the golf, the bars and restaurants, the marina and the beaches.
Set back slightly from the road, it enjoys a lovely garden at the rear overlooking the golf course, with a small, lawned area and pool that literally wraps around the building, sun loungers, mature trees and a BBQ with covered terrace.
Inside, the décor is clean and crisp, with white and blue the main theme. An open plan lounge and dining room has dual aspect sliding doors that lead out to the garden and the pool (12 x 3.5 metres), and offers several comfortable seating areas as well as Satellite TV. This includes a separate living room on the first floor, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The oval kitchen is tasteful and neat and has a breakfast bar as well as all the appliances you need, with all washing and cooking facilities built-in.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom – all decorated to the highest standard.
This villa provides all you need for a relaxing stay here on The Algarve, within easy reach of the range of fantastic amenities in the region.

The Area:Located in one of the most popular areas in the Algarve for a family holiday, here there are many things to do and see to suit everyone. The main attraction is the vibrant Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
