    The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do
    Lago beach on a very safe area just around the corner of IBC security office.

    There are terraces along the villa with a fully equipped exterior kitchen and dining table
    for 12 people + another area with an extra table for 6 people.

    Outside there are very pleasant sofa areas with comfortable seating and sun loungers for your relaxation. The lake style swimming pool has a shallow end all around with the deep end in the middle. The pool is approx. 20 meters length x 8 meters wide. Here you will also find a Jacuzzi with sofa area + Gas fire + WC.

    Beautiful and traditional kitchen with centre island. Includes a large fridge/freezer,
    oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juice
    machine, blenders and fully equipped for up to 14 guests. Breakfast Table for 6 people.

    Bedroom 2 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
    with shower. The room has access to the back outside terrace. Also equipped with
    aircon and ceiling fan.

    Master bedroom – This room has a king size bed. It has en-suite bathroom with bath + shower and private WC. The room has access to the 1st floor terrace with sunbeds and access stairs to the pool and terraces on the ground floor. There is a small sitting area and a TV with Lazer cable channels. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.

    Bedroom 4 – Can be made up as 2 single beds or a double bed it has en-suite bathroom
    with shower. Also equipped with aircon and ceiling fan.
