Description:Villa Marcia is an outstanding and unique 12 bedroom villa set in an impressive 13,000 square feet plot and located in the exclusive Pinhal Velho resort in Vilamoura. The stunning and spacious property is ideally located within a few minutes drive to the Marina (with it’s bars, restaurants and shops) as well as the the golden beach at Falesia.
The living areas of Villa Marcia include two fully fitted and equipped kitchens, a wine cellar, four living rooms, and a dining area with large table for up to 14 guests.
The leisure areas include a cinema room that seats 12, a fully equipped gym, a spa with feature group bath and steam room.
The sleeping accommodation comprises of 8 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are two further suites sleeping four each with master bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and living room.
Outside the large private pool measures (20 x 5m). There is a diving board and slide into the pool. An upper landscaped jungle is above the pool. An outdoor sunken Moroccan reading room provides shade from the sun. For outdoor entertainment there is a grand chess set, jacuzzi, children’s playground and sandpit. A Bose sound system provides outdoor music.
The exterior of Villa Marcia features an unusually large and private swimming pool with diving board and slide, a beautifully landscaped garden with several terraces and shaded areas, an outdoor sunken Moroccan reading room, a grand chess set, a pool table, a jacuzzi, a children’s playground and sandpit, a gazebo with large table seating 16 and adjacent outdoor kitchen, wood burning, oven, fridge, ice machine, grill, wok burner and sink. A Bose sound system provides outdoor music.
The various terraces are perfect for “al fresco” dining with a wonderful pergola and BBQ area with exterior fireplace. The garden of the property offers a high level of privacy to its guests.
Villa Marcia provides the perfect oasis for families to unwind and enjoy the luxurious surroundings.

The Area:Away from the hustle and bustle close to the Marina, this is Vilamouras most Prestigious development where privacy is important and spacious properties are in demand for that perfect holiday. From the privacy of your villa enjoy the spacious, private gardens whilst relaxing by the pool. Children will love it here with ample space to play in the gardens whilst the adults sip a cocktail. Just a 5 minute drive away is the vibrant marina or the more relaxed Old town and also Quarteira. Visit the vibrant Vilamoura Marina where you can stroll along and take in the magnificent yachts that are moored there, have lunch/dinner in one of the many fabulous restaurants overlooking the marina or a cocktail in one of the many bars. Why not charter a boat for an afternoon or an early evening where you can watch the sunset? This is becoming more and more popular for a special occasion with dinner and drinks also available during the charter whilst exploring the coast and watching the dolphins. Just past the marina, you have one of the best beaches in the region. A gorgeous beach that goes on for miles, Praia da Falesia is the perfect place for rest and relaxation, or, if you prefer a bit of action there are lots of beach/water sports for you to try too. Whether you’re watching the world go by whilst topping up your tan or taking advantage of the activities you’re sure to have a fabulous time. When you’re hungry stroll along the perfect white sands to one of the popular beachside restaurants for dinner and a fun-filled evening. For a quieter evening have a stroll around the old town of Vilamoura and try one of the traditional Portuguese Cataplana dishes in one of the lovely quaint restaurants. Hop on the tourist train which takes you all around Vilamoura and various attractions. There are lots of things to do in Vilamoura for all the family whether its water sports on the beach, beach games, crazy golf, horse riding, surfing, golf, tennis or a trip to ‘Cerro da Vila’ the archaeological ruins where you can experience a ruined Roman villa. Close by you have Quarteira which has a fantastic promenade in front of the beach where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars.
Vilamoura is the perfect destination for a family who wants to experience lots of variety from their holiday or even just to have a relaxing chilled holiday by the pool.
There are lots of mini markets and some large supermarkets close by, however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
With so many great restaurants just a short drive away for you to try and some lovely, interesting towns/places to visit this is the perfect holiday destination.
