Living Area: As you enter into the villa, you find yourself in the entrance hall which looks into the living room down one step. The living room is shared with the dining room that looks out to the lawned garden through the patio doors. The living room has a gas fireplace, satellite TV and DVD, access to the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the golf course. Within the living area, is a door leading to a small office space.
On the basement level is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Kitchen: Adjacent to the living, dining room is a modern and fully fitted kitchen. The kitchen opens up lovely to the outdoor dining area and has a lovely flow coming through. The kitchen is stocked with appliances such as gas hob, oven, microwave, state of the art coffee machine, American style fridge freezer and much more.

Bedrooms: Villa Marley has 4 bedrooms. You have two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, a twin bedroom on the first floor and a newly refurbished master bedroom, with a walk in wardrobe.

Bathrooms: All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The twin bedrooms downstairs have shower en-suites, the twin room on the first floor has a bath and step in shower and the newly refurbished master en-suite has a walk in shower and bath.

Outside: Spacious garden, covered terrace with table and chairs for 8, outdoor lounge furniture, large swimming pool with sun loungers, and Gas BBQ. The pool also has a smaller, shallow circular pool, perfect for the little ones in the family.
