Description:This is a memorable villa, designed in a contemporary symmetrical style for a real wow factor. Located in the heart of Parque Atlantico, it is close to all the amenities of Quinta Do Lago and offers truly top-class luxury for your Algarve holiday.
Upon entrance, you can see all the way through the property to the outdoor pool (14 x 4 metres) and gardens, thanks to the tall glass windows that span the width of the villa. The open plan ‘Boffi’ kitchen incorporates a large seating area as well as direct access to a stunning outdoor eating area, BBQ and fireplace. The main living room meanwhile is linked to the kitchen by the open plan hallway/dining area and offers a contemporary and distinctive decor as well as more doors leading to an outdoor seating area.
There are two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which have their own TV. The first floor houses two ensuite double bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom has two bathrooms and both first floor bedrooms have access to private balconies as well as TVs.
Further living space is found on the lower ground floor, where guests will find a fantastic luxurious cinema, complete with large reclining leather chairs and sumptuous purple curtains. A minibar and wine cabinet complete the experience. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with extra sofa, a bathroom and a games room with pool table, a sofa and an exercise bike.
Outside, every thought has been given to a top standard. The pool is simply stunning, entered from steps beneath a covered terrace and leading to more steps and a lovely seating area. Well-kept lawns and trees surround the house, while ‘lazyboy’ hammocks and comfortable outdoor furniture offers a number of areas to relax.

The Area:Quinta do Lago is a very exclusive and much sought after location in the Golden Triangle. The Quinta do Lago resort is a popular destination for those seeking privacy and is also a favourite with many celebrities and sportspeople. In a beautiful setting beside the Ria Formosa bird sanctuary, you have all you need for luxury and sophistication that you would want for your holiday. Build along 6 main roundabouts the main entrance is where you will find Quinta shopping, full of beautiful boutiques, restaurants and some very popular bars. Within the resort, there are lots of fine dining restaurants and golden sandy beaches hosting some fantastic beach bars/restaurants. Enjoy a bike ride along the lake and onto the Ria Formosa salt plains whilst taking in the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also by the lake, you will find the very popular bar/restaurant ‘The Shack’ where you can spend the afternoon drinking cocktails and/or get on with some exciting Watersports on the lake, then simply relax on the man-made beach by The Shack. Spend a relaxing day on the beach at ‘Praia de Garrao and Prais Ancao’ where you are certain to be among the jet-set soaking up the sun on this fabulous sandy beach! During the summer enjoy one of the famous ‘Picnics in the Park’ by Koko lane on the Clubhouse green where you are treated to live music and entertainment whilst having a traditional picnic. If you are the sporty type you will be impressed by the recently constructed complex called ‘The Campus’ where you can play numerous sports including tennis, football, swimming, padel or maybe use the Gym. With Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas close by there is lots to do and see for everyone.
Activities close by include tennis, crazy golf, golf, Watersports (sea and lake), horse riding, go-carting and Jeep safaris.
There is a supermarket at the entrance to Quinta do Lago (Quinta Shopping), however for ease why not use the English supermarket online delivery service instead!
