    With stunning sea views and the beach about a 5 minute walk, this is a brand new contemporary villa which will take your breath away!

    Construction and design are to the highest standard, with excellent furnishings and decoration throughout, hammocks dotted around in the gardens, and plenty of other places to relax: it also features internet TV with lots of UK channels, and state of the art heat pump technology which ensures cool interiors and a warm pool.  A superb modern house with a good indoor/outdoor feel, lots of light and charming sea views.

    The property sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms, with one in an independent apartment with separate access. It has large entertaining areas and outdoors a 12 meter heated pool and very pleasant terraces including a well-equipped covered dining and barbecue area. The beach at Porto do Mos is about a 5-minute stroll, and there is a cove nearer to the house which at high tide is only accessible down the cliff path and is never busy even during high season.  Also nearby are a number of 5 star hotels and resorts, offering superb spa treatments and dining experiences – see below.

    ACCOMMODATION:

    Accommodation is spacious and spread over three floors and has silent temperature control via cooled floors.   Entrance is from the private drive and electric gates through a very tall front door to the entrance hall. Steps lead up to the first floor:

    First floor:

    Large lounge and open plan kitchen. Full height glass sliding doors lead out to a large balcony overlooking the pool, with sea views from all parts of the room. Furniture is modern and luxurious, with a fireplace and TV including all the UK channels linked by IP system. The kitchen and dining area are open plan, also benefiting from the light and sea views, and there is a dining table inside as well as an outdoor dining area with built in gas barbecue. Recently added state of the art electronic sun blinds in the living area, make sure that you can escape from the blazing Algarvian sunshine when it is time to cool down. The designer kitchen is state of the art and fully equipped with two fridges, oven and microwave, dishwasher and induction hob, with light coloured furnishings. A second preparation kitchen can be closed off when you have guests. There is a separate laundry room on the lower level. Also on the first floor is a chill out area for cosy evenings, with outdoor fireplace and lots of comfy seating.

    Ground floor:

    Master suite: Very large king size bed, attractive wooden floor, full height sliding windows with sea views over the infinity pool. The en-suite bathroom has a freestanding oval bath and walk in shower with monsoon head. It is separated from the bedroom by a window with electric blinds: open the blind and you can enjoy the sea view from the bath.

    Three further bedrooms are on the ground floor: each with the same large bed as the master, full height sliding glass doors and views of the sea over the infinity pool. Each suite has its own shower room with walk in shower.

    Downstairs: Fifth bedroom with its own access to the pool and to outside so a good room for independent members of the group who might like to stay out late, or for a nanny. Has en-suite shower room with walk-in shower.

    Outdoors: From the first-floor balcony with dining table and built-in gas barbecue, steps lead down to the heated pool (12m x 6m approximately) with infinity overflow on two sides from which to enjoy the sea views, shower, loungers and outdoor wc. The landscaped gardens are laid with small lawns, decorative shrubs and flowers, and there are hammocks around the grounds, as well as other places to relax.
