Villa Seline is a very attractive and we­ll equipped contemporary house, one of the best new houses in the area. It is large and modern with excellent furnishings and decoration throughout, seven bedrooms (sleeping up to 14) with air co­nditioning throughout, cable TV with lots of UK channels, state of the art cinema room, large entertaining areas and outdoors a large heated pool and very pleasant terraces including a well-equipped covered dining and barbecue area. A house with a good indoor/outdoor feel, lots of light, beautiful garden and lots of choices of places to relax.

Outside the covered terrace runs along the ground floor and comes out to form a pleasant covered dining terrace with built in gas barbecue. Doors lead out from the kitchen, dining room and living room. Covered and open seating areas and two dining tables: outside the living room at the front of the house, and a second next to the barbecue. There are seating area with soft furnishings. The large and attractive garden is on a gently sloping hillside with terraces and has a large area of lawn.

There is also a large pool (12 m x 6 m) has an infinity edge to one end which overlooks a seating area. The villa also has good quality cushioned sunbeds (seven plus one double) and 3 umbrellas.

Inside the living room is perfect for comfortable evenings in or entertaining, with long sofas and coffee table, large TV and sliding doors to the dining terrace, pool and garden. Doors lead to the formal dining room which has a long table and ten dining chairs, with sliding door to the dining terrace.

The kitchen is modern and very well-equipped with dark wooden cabinets and granite worktops, two ovens, gas hobs, two sinks, wine fridge and large US-style fridge freezer. There is also a central island and a small dining table for six, and a door to barbecue terrace. Next to the kitchen is a separate ‘snug’ room with TV and soft furnishings. There is a separate laundry room downstairs.

On the basement level is the state of the art cinema room with video projector and surround sound, bar and pool table.

Bedroom 1 on the first floor is the master bedroom, very large with king-size double bed, dressing table, sliding doors to the balcony shared with Bedroom 2, and en suite bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Bedroom 2 on the first floor has twin beds and sliding doors lead out to a balcony, pink colour scheme and en suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Bedroom 3 on the first floor is a twin room with en suite shower room.
