With a large infinity private swimming pool, a games room equipped with a pool table and a TV area, amongst much more. The beautifully landscaped gardens offer breath-taking panoramic views, providing an idyllic setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. Additionally, an outdoor basketball court and an exterior table tennis table are available for those enjoyable family holiday tournaments. There is a full-size tennis court for the guests use within a few minutes’ walk from the villa. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout the lounge and bedrooms, main kitchen, and games room.

LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND GAMES ROOM

The grand entrance hall of this tastefully furnished property sets the tone for the rest of the house. The modern kitchen is complete with a central island and is well equipped with appliances including four induction hobs, extractor, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, integrated electric oven and grill and with two fridges, one Full length fridge and another fridge freezer . Tall glass sliding windows offer direct access to the patio with views over the garden and pool.

The stylish Living room with beautiful high ceilings is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa seating. There is a flat screen Smart TV showing international channels with some English language. The adjacent open plan dining area is complete with a large wooden table and chairs, tall glass sliding windows offer direct access to the patio and views over the pool and gardens. Additionally, there is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level of the property, you will find the games and cinema room complete with a pool table, large flat screen Smart TV and comfortable sofa seating and with air conditioning. Doors lead to an area that gives direct access to the poolside terrace via a flight of steps. On this level you will also find the utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, an iron & an ironing board and an additional fridge.

MAIN HOUSE

• The main bedroom leads off from the entrance hall and is a spacious double bedroom with a four-poster bed, unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite full modern spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower unit, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Tall doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.
• Bedroom two also leads off from the entrance hall is a double room with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower unit.
• Bedroom three is a double room with a small double bed (140cm width), air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bath with shower attachment.

ANNEX

The air-conditioned annex has its own entrance and offers:

• Two large, stylish double bedrooms with en-suite and modern bathrooms with walk in showers . Both of the annex bedrooms have direct access to the spacious patio and pool.
• An open plan living room and kitchen are comfortably furnished with a small dining table and a kitchenette that is well equipped with a dishwasher, two-hob electric stove, oven and a small built-in fridge. From here patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

OUTSIDE SPACE

The spacious main terrace (more than 20m long) enjoys panoramic far reaching sea views and is furnished with a long stone dining table. Additionally, there is a comfortable and stylish sofa and chairs. The table tennis table provides hours of fun and the outside basketball court is ideal for those who prefer to hone their skills. The beautiful, landscaped garden is well maintained with Olive, Lemon, Orange, Pomegranate, Fig, Alfaroba and Almond trees. The spectacular countryside views stretch over to Vilamoura and the Boliqueime hills. It is a frankly beautiful setting, the majestic views are stunning. The poolside terrace is furnished with plenty of sun loungers, and the large infinity pool measures approximately 12m x 7m. Gas BBQ

Villa Seline is the perfect hideaway to enjoy the Portuguese countryside whilst only being 15 minutes from the glorious Algarve beaches. Located 15 min drive away from the bustling night life of Vilamoura marina, and just 7 min drive to the nearest supermarkets. The village of Boliqueime, where there are bars, restaurants and a chemist is only 7 minutes drive away.

Boliqueime town centre with shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarket are within 7 minutes’ drive.

Vilamoura beaches and Marina with shops, restaurants, night club, pubs and Casino are within 15 min drive as well as several golf courses.

Pool towels and hair dryers are provided for your convenience.
