The living room opens to an open plan room with lazer TV and a spacious kitchen, equipped with Siemens appliances. Central island with breakfast area with 5 stools and extendable dining table dining for 6. Large induction plate, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, and 2 fridge/freezers. Smeg coffee machine, toaster and blender. Small wine cooler.

The kitchen has large patio doors which allows all natural light to sweep in, and for you to exit out to the terrace area.

Back in the main hallway, on the left-hand side there is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower.

On the right-hand side of the hallway there is a cloakroom and a double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, with bath and shower.

There is a large stairway leading to the first floor and to a spacious landing area opening to an inner courtyard with a tennis table.
