This stylishly decorated property features a fully functional kitchen complete with a breakfast bar. The magnificent living room has plenty of natural light and a lavish feel, with huge windows overlooking the pool.

There are 4 comfortable en-suite bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and walk-in showers. The master suite is located on the second floor and it has a spacious balcony with amazing views towards the Millenium Golf Course. The remaining 3 bedroom suites are located on the first floor and 2 of these also have a private balcony.

On the ground floor, there is a utility room and an entertainment area with a TV and 2 gym machines.

The 5th bedroom is in the basement and has lots of natural light, there is access from the basement to the exterior.

The exterior has a very zen feeling, with a private heated (optional) pool, dining table, and a very relaxing seating area, perfect to enjoy the Algarvean hot summer evenings.

Maid service: 2 x per week, for a maximum of 2h per day, except bank holidays

Towel change: 2x week

Linen change: after 7 days of occupation
